Our Response to COVID-19
To our Parts family,
We've been thinking a lot about our customers, employees and our communities lately. Your health and safety are our top priorities and at the heart of every decision we make. We believe it is critical to do our part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19 and therefore we have made changes to how and where we work. Our parts team is working tirelessly to make sure the products you need are available when you need them, delivered in the safest way possible.
Read the letter addressing COVID-19 for all LONG operations from our CEO, Jeff Long here.
Are you open?
Yes! As we are classified as an essential business, all our locations are still operating under their normal hours.
Will I still get my orders on time?
Yes! We still strive to get your order shipped as soon as possible. However, we may experience a slight delay due to limited staff or issues with the carrier. If shipping will take longer than normal, we will contact you with updates.
Can I still buy parts in person?
Our parts counters are still open and operating, however we are limiting visitors inside of the building. Knock on the door or call 855-566-4778 and one of our team members will bring your order to your car.
I have an account with LONG already, can I link it to an online account?
We can link a current LONG account with a longpartspros.com account. To do so, please call 855-566-4778 or email onlineorders@long.com to begin.
What measures are you taking to prevent the spread of germs?
We are taking the advised precautionary actions to help prevent the spread of any germs. This includes washing hands frequently and always before and after packaging an order, coughing or sneezing into an elbow, not touching our faces, and keeping at least a 6-foot distance from others, among others. We also have increased the amount of time spent cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, and do so frequently throughout each day.
