SHIPPING POLICY OVERVIEW

Processing Time

We understand that, for our customers, time is money. That's why as long as we have stock available our skilled parts team will pick, pack and ship your order the same day it's placed, if received by 3:00pm MT, Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed in the evening or on the weekend will ship immediately the following business day.

Shipping Method

LONG uses UPS as the trusted carrier for all of our parts shipments, offering numerous ship methods to fit your timeline and your budget. We ship thousands of parts each week, and as a result, we secure the best shipping rates available and always pass those savings along to you.

We make every effort to consolidate and ship items together to keep shipping costs low. However, items may need to ship separately depending on inventory or size.

Shipping Area

Get the quality HVAC parts you need, wherever you need them. LONG ships anywhere in the Continental United States, as well as Alaska and Hawaii. To ensure all parts orders are received accurately and on time, shipments must be sent to a physical address. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box at this time.

RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW

LONG cares about your complete satisfaction with your parts order. If your purchase did not fulfill your needs, a return may be possible, but is not guaranteed. Some items are not returnable. Please contact us to start the return process. Approved returns should be sent to LONG and will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. In addition, LONG will not be responsible for the return shipping cost. No returns are accepted after 90 days.
